This Is Not Content
This is not content. It is practice.
When I created this space, I knew it couldn’t function like the rest of the internet.
I didn’t want it to be another platform where ideas are packaged quickly and sent out into the noise. I wanted it to feel like a room. A contained one. A room where depth is allowed to unfold slowly.
For a long time, I used my creativity to build for other people: their businesses, their visions, their momentum. I poured myself into supporting other trajectories. There was beauty in that, and I’m grateful for what it taught me. But somewhere along the way, I realized I hadn’t created that same level of intention and protection for my own becoming.
This blog exists because I needed a space where the work beneath the work could live.
Not performance.
Not branding.
Not optimization.
Practice.
Integration.
Ritual.
Reflection.
Nervous system safety.
The quiet recalibration that happens when you stop performing your life and start inhabiting it.
The name Under the Armour is intentional. The armour protected me. It protected you, too, in ways you may not even recognize yet. But the gold - the clarity, the discernment, the creative fire - that emerges when the armour softens? That’s the work.
This is a space for that work.
If you’re here, you’re likely in transition. Or descent. Or integration. Or simply tired of rushing your own becoming.
Inside this room, you’ll find essays, reflections, guided inquiries, and practices designed to help you feel safe enough to create honestly. Not louder - but truer.
Depth requires containment.
That’s what this is.
Welcome in.
